Your Frustrated. And We Know Why...

Traditional Methods of Treating Oily Skin Feels A Lot Like This:

They keep you focusing on the bucket, when the hole in the boat is the real issue. You'll never win this battle, and deep down inside you know it.

      Gathering Clues

Compare: You vs. Someone With Normal Skin

What's different? What you do on a daily basis may not be any bit different. You may use the same skincare, eat the same diet (sometimes even a better diet!), go through all the same motions as someone with normal skin, but your skin is oily, and often times acne prone. So the question is...

      What's different?

The answer is: your body. Your body has changed, and it no longer responds as it normally would (or did). Figuring out what changed, and how to change it back is everything with oily skin.

Right now you're probably trying really hard to overcome oily skin. It's not that your desire or intentions are misguided, it's just that your actions aren't going to get you any results.

You need a better plan, a better way to put your efforts into actual results. That's what we're going to share with you today.

You can't stop oily skin the way you're treating it now. At best, you can contain it so it's less annoying.

However, 3 new steps with give you clarity:

      A New Plan

      1. Overcoming A Particular Kind Of Chronic Inflammation

Simply put, everyone I've ever talked to about oily skin has had a problem with chronic inflammation in some way. Before you get into anything related to skincare, androgens, insulin, digestion, vitamins, accutane, acne, you have to address this issue. If you don't, you'll never turn the corner on oily skin, it will always come back.

In all the research, from all the people who I've talked to, it seems the one thing they have in common is that their hypothalumus isn't working.

This also explains why what you're doing isn't working. It's this -

You're focusing on which bucket is going to save you without ever addressing the leak in the boat. That leak is chronic inflammation, and it's making your life pretty miserable right now.

Chronic inflammation has made your body change. These changes are the symptoms of oily skin: thick, sticky, shiny oil sitting on your face, neck, back, etc. This isn't the main problem, but since it's the only visible problem (along with acne), it's the only one you know to address.

It's time you shift your focus and put all your efforts into fighting the root cause of oily skin: Chronic Inflammation. Chronic inflammation is the engine that drives our body to change in the ways that eventually turn into oily skin. Once it does, it's an uphill battle to get it working properly again. It involves many parts of our body and various strategies. But all of that doesn't matter if we don't stop the driving force: Chronic Inflammation.

Chronic inflammation is inflammation gone wrong, because it never stops. This is an important part of our struggles, because it really sums up the frustration of oily skin. It never stops. But it's not a virus or a bacteria that creates oily skin, it's our own body signaling something's wrong, and the resulting actions are what we know as oily skin. This is something that happens internally, before our skin is even involved. so it makes sense that our struggle with chronic inflammation has to happen internally. This means controlling the food you eat, to put your body in a position to heal itself.

The diet we recommend is a whole 30 approach (or a clean 30 if you like to drink!)
